What insurance is accepted?

We accept Medicare and all major insurance carriers.  As always, there are subsets of plans that may not be participating.  We recommend that you contact your insurance directly to verify that the physician you are schedule to see is in network.  

Do I need a referral to see you?

Please check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment.  There are a large number of insurance plans, and we may not have accurate information on all of these plans.  Your insurance will be able to tell you if we are in network, and if you need a referral or a prior authorization.

How much will my visit cost?

It is often difficult to predict the cost of an office visit.  There is typically a charge for the appointment, and there are additional charges if a biopsy or other procedure is done.  Depending on your plan, we may need to authorize a biopsy or other procedure through your insurance prior to doing it.   If you would like an estimate, we will do our best to provide you with one prior to your visit.  We do not set the prices for a medical visit or procedure.  These fees are set by Medicare and other insurance providers.

If you are visiting us for a cosmetic reason, the cost of the service will be discussed with you prior to the service.
