Virtual Visit Home Pregnancy Test Instructions
Below are easy to follow steps for submitting your Accutane virtual visit home pregnancy test.
Prior to Your Virtual Visit
If labs were ordered at your previous visit, please have those completed at least a few days prior to your visit so results can be reviewed.
For patients who can get pregnant, please complete an at-home pregnancy test on the day of your visit.
Home Pregnancy Test Instructions
- Label a paper towel or piece of paper with your
- Full Name
- DOB
- Date of Test
- Your Signature
- Place negative test on paper towel or piece of paper and take a photo. Important: In the photo, please include the test packaging showing expiration date. See example image below.
- Text the photo(s) to 720-704-1186 or attach to your thread in Klara using the paperclip icon.
